Why kakashi is still relevant ??

This chapter made kakashi look like a fool, he said to himself that he is useless and only is able to be a shield to protect sasuke and naruto.

So why kishi makes obito saves him again ? just because of parallels ?
The reason obito saves him like the way he did in the past leading to the thought that kakashi wont die in the next chapters, because that would destroy the hole thing with obito, kakashi and rin...

I hope the edo kages will arive via the jutsu of the sage ( maybe a teleportation to the place where the others are), so maybe they know a way to power kakashi up.

I can imagine that hirunzen knows something about kakashis ancestors and the reason why kakashi is masked.
Maybe it hides some source of chakra or a special power up.
Otherwise i dont see why kakashi should survive this deadly place.

Kakashi may not be useful vs kaguya, but same goes for sakura, who was basically just a energy pill for obito. Everyone outside of naruto and sasuke is useless against kaguya. That doesnt mean they need to die. Also obito didnt save kakashi out of the kindness in his heart, he saved kakashi so he can be alone with rin...
Imho kakashi still serves use just not in the current situation.
