Why kaguya prefer Indra generation over Ashura generation to carry out her plan?

This show clearly that the uchiha clan is more dominant or powerful of the two.Kaguya influence her will to Madara causing him to carry out the moon eye plan.Why Kaguya did not influence Ashura generation ?Ashura generation just needed rinnegan eyes to carry out the infinity tsukyomi ,I guess Kaguya knew that indra generation have better genes and intelligent for this task .Ashura generation will still need people and tail best help to do infinite tsukyomi which will ruin her plan because people will find out eventually?
