Why Kaguya needed a host to come out? Ain't the ten tails strong enough on its own for her to take form.

Yes, the ten tails and Kaguya are two separate beings.

We got Kaguya here saying, "absorb me" and Madara already got the ten tails inside of him.

But yeah. I just don't see why Kaguya couldn't take form once the ten tails became active. She could've taken "form" the moment that piece of 8 tails went in the ten tails before the war.

She also could've taken form when Obito became jin. Sure she would be strong enough to defeat naruto and Sasuke at that time.

Kaguya wants to be complete why come out earlier in an incomplete form when she could come out later in a more complete state.

The tree was released from obito who had the tentails meaning the tree was just another part of the juubi madara didn't have and kaguya pushed him to absorb

She tried to take over obito but failed, remember when obito bloated? Yeah same thing happened to madara the difference is she didn't have enough chakra to overwhelm obito unlike in madara's case.

The "Shinju" at that point was Kaguya's conciousness. She couldn't manifest without it, for the same reason i can't punch you through the computer.

As for why she didn't show up when Obito was Juubi Jin, it's probably because Black Zetsu wasn't there yet and she didn't have Infinite Tsukiyomi chakra, so she wasn't strong enough to take him over.

^ Or likely because Obito was incomplete in the sense that he wasn't the original owner of the Rinnegan and could only handle one eye which severely diminished his power compared to a Potential Dual Rinnegan Madara.

Somebody needed to cast IT in order for Kaguya to be revived because Kaguya is just the combination of all the Chakra on the planet.

Apparently, she couldn't take form without the right chakra. The reason Obito didn't transform is because he didn't have access to the third eye. Only once Madara had duel Rinnegan AND the third eye did Kaguya come out. One could assume, knowing this, that the sprouting of the 3rd eye was essential to her revival.
