Why Kabuto was confident he can escape Mugen Tsukoyomi

Have you ever wondered why Kabuto wanted Sasuke "to learn the very nature of jutsu" with the acquiesence that Tobi is planning the Mugen Tsukoyomi without actually trying to stop it? The reason I think is because Kabuto knows how to escape Mugen Tsukoyomi, but how? The answer is Sasuke and the scroll, take a look at this guy

He is Lezard Valeth from Valkyrie Profile. Kishimoto being a self-confessed gamer, might have taken Lezard as an inspiration for Kabuto, and here's why

Lezard Valeth was a necromancer who escaped Ragnarok by traveling back in time to steal the holy spear Gungnir from Odin thereby becoming a god himself and sought to create a new world.

I think Kabuto planned to escape Tsukoyomi by taking Sasuke and using him as the prime catalyst for Oro's scroll: time manipulation, since the mangekyo sharingan and EMS possesses the properties of space time, psychic elements it might be the missing ingredient to travel back in time, this might have been Oro's original intent in wanting to get Sasuke, but due to his sealing in Totsuka Kabuto was the one who pushed forward with his master's plan, acquire Sasuke and use the scroll to travel back in time, that's why Kabuto was so confident that he can learn the very nature of ninjutsu even with the threat of Mugen Tsukoyomi, he's not going to be under it, he'll use Sasuke and travel back in time, therefore he can go to any period and learn all the jutsu that ever was concieved

Yes Dr, if you think about it why would Suigetsu say "with this (scroll) we hawks can rule the world" and at the same time Sasuke looking at the scroll would say "this is it... The one... Who knows... Everything" so at best its a flexible power, something that can make you rule the world and not join the war (as Suigetsu protested he (Oro) might know about this war and wants to join it, then we Hawks would have to raise arms, so how do you rule the world without participating the war it's currently in? Answer: Travel back in time) and at the same time facilitate in meeting someone, not where but when.
