why kabuto wants sasuke

I was just reading some past manga and realized why kabuto wants sasuke.he wants him because he wants to add some of the 1st dna to him and make him just as strong as madara.not sure how madara got rinnengan but maybe sasuke's chances of getting rinnengan would increase if he got the dna.
