Why Kabuto should be on Everyones #1 Strongest Ninja List

Also, I would like to input my opinion. I believe that Kabuto is smarter than he is arrogant, and thus would make sure to prepare all of his edos as soon as he can to have them ready to fight. So from my perspective, he could, if he wished, summon all of them at once in any particular battle.

Also, since when we do things like this where we compare the strength of characters we take them at their most powerful, it would only be logical that we take Kabuto when he is at his most powerful, which is when he has all of his edos prepared and ready to summon at the clap of his hand.

On your first point, Kabuto had to go prepare the edo before the war so he didn't have them ready then, but it is possible that he had just finished collecting them.

Now on your second point, good point, most people always do vs threads with characters in their prime.

yeah, evil sage mode is a powerful jutsu and he is able to perfect it great achievement. but ranking of ninjas shouldn't be based on power only but also on the intellect of their usage. ninja powers is based on the trick with which u use ur jutsus.
take kakashi for xampl, he is a low level chakra ninja but i would say he ranks more than kabuto.
the masked ninja is also powerful but also got the intellect too, which has being giving him edge since.
kabuto not even on my top #20 ninja least.

Then I suppose Naruto's power is not legit, after all the rasengan and the Kyubi are presents from Minato. And everyone who uses mainstream ninjutsu (all the common jutsu like suiryudan) have no legit power, since they weren't the 'creators' of that jutsu. Right, without Minato's seals and rasengan Naruto loses his power. Without Izuna's eyes Madara doesn't get EMS. Without Oro's science and experiments Yamato doesn't get Mokuton. Without Obito's eyes Kakashi doesn't get sharingan. Without the Rikuudo Sennin's weapons Itachi doesn't get Totsuka Sword and Yata Mirror. And so on right?

Heck without stealing the forbidden jutsu of Iwa Deidara doesn't get the extra hands and therefore can't use his explosive release to create clay weapons so that power is not his? Without Guy's eight gates technique Rock Lee is just a weakling?

Without Kyubi's chakra and The weapons of the Rikuudo Sennin the Gold and Silver Bro's are just weaklings.

Yes Kabuto is the strongest (besides SO6P). I mean, come on, do people seriously believe anyone could beat him plus 30+ edos including Madara, Nagato and Itachi? Hell, Madara alone would be enough to solo anyone except maybe Tobi.

He can summon them yes but only once so someone saying that kabuto can use all his edo's are talking about the kabuto right before the war started and that is not fair top 10 list should be about right now or before someone died. We can not put the 3rd hokage high in a top ten because we are talking about the 3rd who died fighting oro not his prime.

Exactly this Choji could literally stomp anyone but that doesn't mean necessarily mean he's top 5. He's sloppy, can't land a hit and has nothing besides his Akamichi techniques.
