i think you guys forget sth. Kabuto summoned madara when he was talking with tobi. So technically kabuto summoned him not muu. Your second mistake is you say that kabuto can not control madara but kabuto himself said that if i can use madara effectively enough i can control the battle. So he can control him.

The emphasis being on direct control. I never claimed he had no control just that he didn't have direct control.
