Why Itachi Uchiha is practically (almost) INVINCIBLE!

I will explain why as stated in the manga Itachi Uchiha is practically Invincible. There are two factors, his GENJUTSU and his LEGENDARY ITEMS.



Genjutsu:

Itachi's Tsukuyomi is almost a 1 shot ability, it has 1 weakness: If your target is blood related and has the Sharingan, he CAN break Tsukuyomi. This is a manga fact and was demonstrated by Sasuke. This is the only way to escape Tsukuyomi.

What this means is that if you are not blood related to Itachi, you must AVOID getting hit by Tsukuyomi or COUNTER it with a MORE powerful Genjutsu!

Chakra disruption DOESN'T work on ITACHI'S TSUKUYOMI! Why? Itachi is capable of manipulating the time of his Tsukuyomi (sasuke isn't), when you get hit by Tsukuyomi it STARTS and ENDS in 1 sec. 1 Sec = 24+ days if Itachi wants that.

People who can break Tsukuyomi:

1. Sage of the 6 Paths.
2. Sasuke Uchiha.

People who can AVOID or COUNTER Tsukuyomi with a more powerful genjutsu are:

1. Sage of the 6 Paths.
2. Madara Uchiha (Including Tobi Madara Uchiha).
3. Shishui Uchiha
4. Minato: Teleportation.



Legendary Items:

Itachi's Susanoo is by far the strongest and most superior Susanoo we have seen in the manga for two reasons. It holds the LEGENDARY YATA MIRROR and the LEGENDARY SWORD OF TOTSUKA. This combination totally demolishes 99% of the Shinobi's known, kage's, sanins etc.

To be able to SURVIVE vs Itachi you must be able to DODGE or BLOCK Sword of Totsuka STAB attack, if it stabs you even in your finger it is a 100% 1 shot kill. Orochimaru and Ultimate Nagato were 1 shotted by the Sword of Totsuka. Because the Sword of Totsuka is a liquid ETHERAL Sword, you can't break or destroy it.

The only characters that can AVOID the Sword of Totsuga are:

1. Sage of the 6 Paths: He is the god of Naruto storyline, nobody can defeat him and he can defeat anybody.
2. Madara Uchiha (Including Tobi Madara Uchiha, they are the same): The ability to shift out of reality and teleport.
3. Minato: His yellow flash ability, Teleportation.
4. Raikage (s): Both the Third and Fourth raikage have the speed to avoid Sword of Totsuka.
5. Naruto KM: Naruto's yellow flash matched and out speeds the fourth Raikage.

*Common misconception: Nagato can only block the first Sword of Totsuka stab with his Shinra Tensei, then it will have a 5 sec cooldown.

To be able to land a lethal strike on Itachi you must somehow by pass the YATA MIRROR which reflects everything, the only way to do this is teleportation.

The only characters that can teleport and pass the Yata Mirror are:

1. Sage of the 6 Paths.
2. Madara Uchiha (Including Tobi Madara Uchiha).
3. Minato: While the Kunais can't by pass the Yata Mirror, they can surround them and Minato can teleport from every 360* degree and find an opening, Minato is more Intelligent than Itachi so he is capable of doing this.

So the be able to beat Itachi you must have BOTH the abilities to AVOID Blade of Totsuka and BYPASS the Yata Mirror.

Manga also said Naruto Can't/Shouldn't use Shadow clones in Km mode.

u have to remember that TOTSUKA BLADE and YATA MIRROR is not itachi body part, it was a tool,
for example, the 7 mist sword some of the sword cannot be summion since someone already claim it

Sasuke wouldnt have the legendary weapons even if he has his eyes. Those weapons are itachi's, it didnt come with susano therefore it wouldnt make sense for sasuke to gain that also

Lol Minato had to take on Tobi and the kyuubi. Itachi wouldn't do any better than Minato did that night. Also Madara is the only known person who could ever control the fox with sharingan. Saying Itachi can do it is nothing but speculation.

Not speculation....Itachi made sasuke read the shrine and it said

Well for once i agree with your idea, BUT he is not invincible because you only pointed the good side of his abilities. You must also keep in mind the following:

1.he had MS not EMS so sooner or later he would go blind. (This has no relevance if you considered him in best shape with clear vision because he wouldn't go blind in one battle no matter how much he spams MS)

2.he still has a certain amount of chakra (above average let's say , even though it doesn't matter), and there are character out there who have way more chakra, and can outlast Itachi (like forcing him to keep up sosanoo, and thus using up huge amounts of chakra)

3.Using the MS puts allot of strain on the User's body/eyes... you might think that Itachi could just spam amaterasu, Susanoo... well no because he would actually weaken himself, and use up tons of chakra.

So as much of a great character Itachi is, he still has disadvantages... Jut like with Naruto's rasenshuriken, the greater (powerful) the jutsu, the negative effects are just as great.

Yes Mangekyo Sharingan has it's negative side-effects and recoils, shame Itachi never wanted to get EMS. EMS removes all the negative effects and recoils of MS abilities and grants the user more power (and maybe chakra).

Can't wait to see EMS Sasuke in action and how it works LOL.

2.1 Itachi NEVER claimed he and Kisame are inferrior to Jiraiya.
2.2 Itachi claimed that if he fought Jiraiya it would end in a draw. Even if Kisame helped him
2.3 Itachi was lying so they could leave the village, he never had any intention to take naruto, he came to the village to confirm to Danzo that he had succesfully infiltrated Akatsuki and that he is still alive so they would better not try anything against his little brother Sasuke (This is a manga fact, not your biased garbage).

It was for OP. If he took everything Itachi said literally he would have to believe everything itachi said ,which is not only naive but kinda discredit kishi's work since itachi was an undercover spy all along..

1)It was said in the manga that a perfect host can break any genjutsu(and last i checked tsukoyumi is a genjutsu).

2)Itachi clealry admitted inferioty when he faced jiraiya; he thought he could only draw with jiraiya- and it wouldn't change even if they had more numbers.Itachi also played the big bad wolf whichg turned out to be wrong.You're choosing when to speculate and when to take his word as gold,which makes you biased.

Finally, susanoo is not invincible since its weaknesses has been revealed in the last couple of months, plus he wouldn't go far with a 2,5 stamina/chaklra rating.

As for what itachi said about jiraiya we all know why he said that. At that moment in time jiraiya was konoha's strongest recognised ally.

From what weve seen from all three.
Itachi>jiraiya
Kisame > jiraiya

Itachi + kisame > jiraiya (slaughter)
