Why Itachi or Sasuke cannot AMATERSU their oponent internal ?

Amaterasu is can shot directly by the sharingan or indirectly in enton form.If a uchiha target someone with their sharingan they can be burn by wherever amaterasu spawn.Why Itachi or Sasuke use their sharingan to view their oponent internally and spawn the amaterasu at the target they desire in the oponent body?

if amaterasu really did spawn at a certain location then it would spawn at the place where raikage was...but it went forward and hit that samurai..

Quite simply the answer to this question lies in a misunderstanding of the technique. Amaterasu doesn't spawn: it is projected.

Amaterasu is a projectile attack. thst just happens to fire of at EXTREME speed. Or else the Third Raikage shouldn't dodge it (but he did). As such, the first thing it touches. Even if you fire at the insides of an enemy, you physically hit the body first. Since Amaterasu is described as fire with the perk of burning until the object is burnt out, regular fire physics apply: meaning it doesn't bypass fuel to the flame.
