Let us consider how an healthy itachi will counter nagato or the 6 paths's tec.(also consider that both of them knows each other tec. Very well)-
He will block all missiles, shinra tensei with the yata mirror.
Fr the chibaku tensei, itachi has the long range yasaka magatama. also dont frgt it takes time nd a lot of chakra to use it. Before the tec. is completed, Itachi cn finish the deva path or Nagato with amaterasu, or tsukyomi or tutsuki(he will nt be so fast to avoid it at that point of time when he creating the tec.).
He cn use the sword of tutsuki to seal the paths for immortality(xcpt the deva path nd nagato bcuz they cn fly away)
for the rest, he cn easily use tsukyomi(as we had cn that the paths of pain were earlier defeated by genjutsu). Itachi will use amaterasu nd tey r done untit nagato or the deva path is too fast to avoid it.
Also dont frgt itachi is an arsenal in ninjutsus(though it will nt work bcuz nagato nd preta path cn absorb it), best in use of genjutsu nd taijutsu nd cn make shadow nd crow clones. he cn deceive nagato with his genjutsu. His only limitation is lack of proper eyesight nd chakra. Also defeating nagato is easier than defeating the 6 paths(as it gives nagato 6 lives, shared eyesight nd naraka path cn bring back the defeated paths). If naruto sm cn defeat 6 paths of pain, then why nt itachi. I believe he is better than naruto sm with kurama.
