OH MY ****ING WORD Itachi stated he was not stronger than jiraiya he didn't give any reason so you cant put a reason that was not in the manga you are not kishi so itachi is not stronger than jiraiya its just that simple, you cant make up reasons unless its in the manga or kishi himself says it
