There are reasons why Obito was afraid of Itachi, Someone who was trained by someone like Uchiha Madara is afraid of Itachi, even in the naruto move Obito feared Itachi
other way around. itachi feared obito and made no moves against him for 10 years. obito didnt give a shit about itachi and kept him alive because itachi was helping him with his goals and capturing jins. if itachi openly opposed him, obito could order akatsuki to hunt him down and kill him.
