first i will tell u this:
when itachi left konoha he was sick and he should have died be4 he faught with sasuki by at least 1 year but he struggeled to cheat death with his sick body so his borhter could kill him (tragic)
even when he was that much sick when he moved for 30 meters or less it seemed like he was teleporting for the ppl who saw him, thats how fast he is
he was commented on that he was a genies of his time (he figured out what should happen in his life after 3 years in the second he broke out of danzo's control in a split second. the best part is it all happened the way he thought it would lol)
extremely skilled ninjutsu user and he could even cast ninjutsus without seing that his hands were moved (not always)
not to mension he had the worlds strongest defence and the world strongest genjutsu
and regarding the finger jutsu i have 2 theories
1) he was fast enought to cast a genjutsu on naruto and come back to where he was standing without being seen using his speed (highly possible cz at the first kakashis sharingan wasn't on so there is a possiblity that he did that)
2) this is a pathetic 1 btw: he used the reflection on his fingernail when he pointed at naruto to cast the genjutsu xD ( i told u a pathetic 1 but who knows he was a mad genies with amazing visual powers alright)
