You do know that it's a hyperbole when they say that Tsukuyomi is instant, right? One second is the jutsu duration and one second is practically an instant to anybody.

edo itachi with unlimited stamina/chakra, perfect eyesight and no negative side effects from the MS beast killer bee.

Living itachi? Nah. He can deal with base bee and V1 by simply running away or using ribcage + arm, but he's not dealing with V2 bee without having to bust out bunshin feints or skeletal + susanoos. Bee can keep up V2 all day, itachi can't keep on dodging and using susanoos, he either gets worn down or will have to resort to totsuka to which bee gets the hell away and nukes itachi with rapidfire bijuudama. Itachi isn't using amaterasu while inside a susanoo that completely covers his body, and bee can simply counter amaterasu with his bijuudama wave which completely envelopes itachi's LoS. If itachi is going to be using things like V4 susanoo and amaterasu to counter full bijuu mode bee, he's going to be on his knees coughing blood or walking at a snails pace, to while bee can get out of amaterasu by either reverting to V2 or cutting off one of his tails.

susanoo needs to be opened up in order for other jutsu to permeate it. Sasuke even went out of his susanoo in order to use amaterasu on danzou.

It makes much more sense for him to be outside of susanoo to the right of susanoo's head than for him to be inside of the construct.
