She is clearly so powerful without that and even defeated soifon without the use of a sword and is on par with byakuya in speed.
She is on a equal level with urohara.
And most of all she was a captain still never uses her zanpaktoo.
Does she even have it??

Its been said multiple times that Kenpachi Zaraki was the first and only person to become a captain without a bankai(same thing goes for shikai).

2. She have zanpakuto and bankai it can be seen on some panel when she talking about Urahara with Ichigo, but i don't think that we will ever see her using bankai, just like you say she doesn't even carry zanp. around.
