Why isnt Tsunades original old face shown??

Her face does look older than Chiyo's when the jutsu is released, which doesn't make sense.

Kishi makes her look young and doesn't show her true face because the fans wouldn't have any interest in a female character that can't be sexualized.

the author doesn't have to show everything

i just said. The author allows the reader use their imagination. Same thing happened to kakashi. Everyone was thinking of all these crazy ideals but nothing special was underneath his mask.
