Why isn't the Sarutobi clan one of Konoha's noble clans?

The Hyuga clan and Uchiha clan being noble clans is not much of a secret, but dont see how the Aburame Clan and Akimichi Clan have higher social standing Sarutobi clan. Imo the Sarutobi clan is Konoha's strongest clan due to having produced a godlike figure such as The Almighty Supreme True God of Shinobi Hiruzen.

Being noble has nothing to do with being powerful.

They are noble because they are the richest clans and that is all.

because the legend of one -Sarutobi Sasuke- would completely overshadow the manga, that's why.

U can't put that name in to the backstory & not produce something w/o heavy plot influence.

people would then be disappointed when it doesn't emerge. so kishi is able to write a fully unique ''ninja'' story w/o that consideration.

just letting sasuke be named after him, then letting the samurai be free of -Hattori Hanzou- legend & just be done w/ it; create the universe...was the right thing to do

well i think there the noble clans because they all have some sort of secret jutsu they could only use and the sarutobi clan is not that special
