1. Itachi was fighting Naruto and he didn't give his "ka". He was gather chakra for his next move because Naruto was starting to defeat his genjutsu. Yes, Itachi did win, but that's because he switched tactics and attacks Naruto's emotions. That caused Naruto to stop relying on his training and stop using the genjutsu defense method he was taught. One of the best genjutsu user in the manga wouldn't have needed to result to those tactics if his opponent had zero skills in genjutsu because they won't have been able to defeat it.
2. Your math is irrelevant because it doesn't work that way in the manga. The manga stated a perfect jinchuuriki is stronger than a tail beast. That because a tail beast fights like a tail beast while a jinchuuriki can fight like a tail beast, ninja or both.
IE: When Naruto fight jinchuuriki 2 to 7 he was using both powers together.

I will continue to repeat myself because it's fact. Being able to control a tail beast with an eye genjutsu doesn't mean they can do the same to a perfect jinchuuriki. Madara and Obito were able to perfectly suppress and control the tail beast, yet they couldn't do the same to Naruto.
