Why isn't Sakura getting any stronger?

Yes, I am completely aware that this thread will cause a whole bunch of chaos with all these Sakura haters on The Base.
But..eh. I'm taking a risk. I simply like to take risks.
Please guys, try to stay on topic here.
And to the Sakura haters...
I know you hate her with all your might, just don't rub it on my face. x_x

Anyways,

So Sasuke and Naruto have become very much stronger throughout the entire series, they have grown into two strong, and truly powerful character's/ninja's indeed.

However,

What about Sakura?
She very well, should at least be stronger than Shizune by now.
Now, I feel like this to a comparison of Sakura when it comes to Naruto and Sasuke.
Naruto and Sasuke= x . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . x < Sakura (Not saying that I think she's weak).

Furthermore, Sakura has plently of potential as a Kunoichi, Come on, you gotta admit, she surely does.
And I'm not trying to bash on Kishi or anything but.
Can't hate on the character, hate on the creator. LOL (cough* wack cough*).
It's mostly his fault for "losing interest" in his own main character. :sy:
Then why didn't he make her in a legit clan? why is she such a plain character, is this why she was meant to be the most realistic character in Naruto? so is that why she hasn't gotten any much stronger ever since that fight with her and Chiyo against Sasori?
Well, I just hope that she will become stronger, and that eventually she will be able to surpass Tsunade (Which I'm pretty confidant will occur sooner or later).

I think she simply serves as Naruto's temporary love interest and motivation while Naruto realizes he like Hinata. Then after she will be chasing after Naruto... but i think it would be the funniest thing to happen to the manga if Sasuke has been secretly in love with Hinata!

well kishi doesn't really focus or seem to care about her development as a character. he even said "sakura slips his mind when he writes and develops characters so,yea she will not be getting any stronger or more develop

She could get stronger, maybe at tsunade's level when she reaches her peak, but will never get as strong as naruto or sasuke.

i used to think she would develop and grow strong! until i took an arrow to the knee. I hate her with a burning passion. i couldnt care less if she dies. We all know why everyone hates her so no need to write it but ya. shes a waste of life imo

With her chakra control she'd be a good candidate to learn sage mode.

She should have also learned to summon by now, though perhaps she just doesn't have the chakra reserves to pull it off. Best case scenario is that the tailed beasts pick new hosts and since Sakura is Tsunade's student I'd assume she'd have an affinity for slugs.
Jinchuriki + sage mode + chakra buildup and release = one hell of a punch.

I'd really like to see her get there and be stronger than naruto (not more powerful, but stronger).

All of the Konoha 11 really need upgrades and more screen time. I kinda get the sense that the goal is to wrap up the series soon, and so spending time on them got tossed out.
