Why Isn't Sakura a Jounin?

I'm not sure that applies to medical ninjas.
Shizune is jonin-ranked and Tsunade is Hokage, and yet neither of them have shown any elemental affinity.

Emotions and versatility.

Jounin's can put aside their emotions for the betterment of the mission. Sakura has shown on too many occasion's that she is incapable of hat.

Sakura is an amazing Medic and amazing close range fighter but she isn't versatile at all. She is similar to Tsunade in the sense that if they get you where they are effective, it's game over. Anywhere else they pale in comparison to most other Shinobi.

This basically sums it up, bolded especially. Tsunade let her past emotions and her acquired Hemophobia get the better of her during her fight with Kabuto, and only when she was able to overcome those fears/sentiments was she able to start living up to her name.
Sakura is like Tsunade was before, and still needs to overcome her emotions.

In my eyes.. After looking at how she was in the S ranked mission vs the lovely Akatsuki. I think she has earned Jounin for sure. She helped an old lady that was heading to her grave soon with a task the strongest Kazekage of the past could not do. Some people should try showing her more respect because she is not as useless as you people put her out to be. No I am not a fan of her but she is not as useless as you think she is. Bet she can hulk smash the hell out of Hinata. Turn Ino into her bish and TenTen wouldn't stand a chance.

Meh...I think Tenten would have the best chance again her since she can attack long range. As long as she avoids her fist, the battle can go either way

Temari is jounin and she only has a 24.5
Kankuro is jounin with a 26.5, only a .5 difference
Neji has a 27, only one point higher.

Sakura is pretty mature I guess so she could handle the responsibility (maybe). Plus she's a medic so she's useful for higher ranked missions (I'm gonna get flamed for using the word useful...)

I just think ppl would respect her more if she had a higher rank, ya know

Sakura is chuunin only because she passed the chuunin exams. and she is not Jounin because she never wrote the jounin exam.

There is only one reason for that, Tsunade forgot that Naruto is still a Genin. Naruto will rebel on the Leaf because they never gave him a higher rank.(just kidding). I think Naruto isn't too eager to be Jounin or chuunin, because if he does become Jounin or Chuunin he will need to stop wearing Orange, and that sucks. Another reason may be that Naruto is still infatuated with feelings.

Despite her great Medical capabilities ..... Sakura's only offensive capability her Taijutsu is very straightforward and is not adaptable.... also she failed at her trademark evasion and dodging here, which means she too is impulsive or dumb... bot not suitable for a versatile Jonin.

Because she's a pure medic ninja. Her fighting skills are much lower then Neji's, Kankuro's or Temaris....
She could be a special jounin, but not an ordinary jounin because she need's to have most of the skils equaly trained... (the same goes for Rock Lee)
