MOD's Don't have a definite time frame to follow .... its for normal users like us

If they are late we get the reason " We have a RL too " but if we are late we get infraction so just sit back and relax you might two medals if you win cause MOD were late XD

Since there's one person in charge of each contest, there's bound to be issues with contest dates and such. People get busy at times and don't have the ability to maintain contests with precise timings. This isn't the only contest that doesn't have proper schedualing either (in terms of making voting threads/announcing winners/etc.)

Personally, I just thought of a good idea. All contest submissions should be run and maintained by all moderators. Then when people make submissions for contests, they PM all submissions to the NB bot (because all mods have access to that account). This way, there's always a mod on to maintain proper contest times and everything would run more fluently instead of a weekly contest really turning into a monthly contest or etc.

Make it in a format somewhat like {Contest} - {Contest #} - {Username} when PMing NB bot to keep submissions organized.

Actually, I'm going to make a full thread for this.

@ Pavoneo

that's a nice suggestion but being a MODs mean you are having a responsibility so you should follow the rules first yourself and then make others follow them isn't it ?? And what is a MOD ????

MOD is just a responsible member who maintain the forum so if they are busy then quit the job let other MOD take over or step down others can take care of the things if they can't and its not just Profile of the Month but other weekly contest too I m talking about

So if you can't follow a time frame why does the contestant must follow the deadline of submission ?

My guess is because the person who is conducting the contest is busy at the moment and will judge once they get time.
The above statement is the answer, regardless of how dismayed some of you may be about some of the staff being busy.

The stuff in bold is actually incorrect, moderators do not have access to the NB bot's account itself, which includes PMs.
