Why isn't naruto using BM?

What do you guys think why isn't he using it? I just can't see BM naruto getting speed blitzed even though jubbito didn't didn't speed blitz him or sasuke as he used universal pull to get them, but I can't see naruto getting man handled if he uses BM, what do you guys think, why isn't he using BM?
