Why isn't Naruto good Hokage candidate if Hashirama was the same?

Hashirama was too kindhearted, trusting, and naive.. Which led down to a serious amount of problems down the road for the Leaf, if Tobirama wasn't around Konoha would've been turned on.. And he was made Kage because of the fact he discovered the Leaf..

Hashirama created the village with ideas from when he was younger than Naruto is now and he had Tobirama as an advisor; Shikamaru already stated that he will be Naruto's advisor like Tobirama was for Hashirama. You can have up to 3 advisors so Naruto can have Shikamaru, Sai, and Sakura. Sai would be like Danzo except not insane and would be head of Anbu Root. Sakura already helps Tsunade with some Hokage work and she is book smart so can help Naruto deal with paper work in the village along side Shikamaru. I would put Sasuke where Sai is but I don't know if Sasuke would accept that if he doesn't become Hokage so went with Sai.

Hashirama created the village, besides, he's not as stupid as Naruto, and he was a patient man. Hashi was more quirky than stupid, really.

Even Haggers said that unlike Ashura's previous reincarnations, Naruto "is a bit stupid and eccentric".

In time, Naruto will mature and wisen up - then'll he be ready.
