Why isn't KA in Itachi's arsenal ?

I'm not an Itachi fan boy but I find that kinda peculiar. I mean he had it in his possession for more than 10 years. He could have used it anytime and he even gave it away. So why isn't it listed as one of his techniques, even if it is borrowed from someone else ? He technically used it because he rigged it to be activated upon seeing his Mangekyo.

I kow he gave it to naruto but before that it was in his possession and he could have used it, yet narutopedia and people in general doesn't list it as one of his techniques

its not part of his arsenal because he gave it away, thus currently doesnt have it.

Either way, he would be completly OP with it, he already has Tsukuyomi and Izanami which are rediculous... he doesnt need Koto amatsukami.

It's not in his current arsenal.

Shisui's eye was used, thus needs to wait 10 years for it to recharge. This means at the current Manga timeline (which 90+% of all versus threads are based on), Itachi does not have Shisui's eye available for use.

As long as people list pein and edos as people instead of techs than yea it should be considered also itachi is just a character people love to hate so of course they will try to nerf him in any way they can

Because people like to down play all of Itachi's 1 hit victory techniques. It is in Itachi's arsenal. You could always play the Itachi Prime card, which would have to include KA.

What are you talking about ? Of course he could use it when he was alive. What you are referring to is the part where he said he could not use it again, after it was used on him to free him.

Kotoamatsukami is not justu like others it takes a decade before it can be used again...even with the cells of Hashirama Danzo wasnt able to use it multiple times a day.Itachi made a best use of it by giving it to Naruto
