Why isn't Hiruzen the jinchuriki of Hashirama and Tobirama?

However, when Hiruzen sealed Hashi and Tobi with RDS, they were sealed separately. When Minato sealed Yin Kurama with RDS, He became the Jinchuriki of Yin Kurama.

In other words, Hiruzen sealed Himself and the Senju Bro's separately, and Minato sealed Himself and Yin Kurama together.
How is this possible?


Also, fun fact, The RDS had never been used before Minato.

Bijuus are nothing but monsters made of only chakra. They are not living beings. Humans have a soul and chakra is a part of their body. So, hiruzen is not a jinchuuriki.

hiruzen sealed the senju bro's soul inside himself, minato sealed chackra inside himself, that in itself is a reasonable difference.

also Minato was a master of seals, I'm quite sure he knew what he was doing and maybe adjusted the sealingprosses so that he would become a jin of sorts even though he would die at the end. he must have bound the chakra to his own soul so that kurama could not regenerate it. because when a jin dies he takes the beast with him but it comes back free from a jin after a while. he will have made it that that didn't happen.
and hiruzen was called the professor, he also will have known what he did, and in his case he wanted to prevent the first to hokages to ever be used the way they were, so he sealed the soul and not the chakra.

I believe there were two seals used when Minato sealed Kurama in Naruto. One was for splitting the Kyuubi and the other was to give Naruto a crappy childhood.
