my fave is nagato, ever since he displayed his power against konoha he became my fave, a tremendous power in an innocent boy who just wanted to save his friends, the other is jiraya because he reminds me of roshi and i'm a little like him and he was boss.

From the beginning it was Rock Lee.. Strong sense of morals and duty to protect the ones he loves. Is not talented as a ninja but works insanely hard to be good at it anyway so he can protect his ninja way as well as his comrades. Also has a deep respect for his sensei as well as his fellow rivals(Neji, Gaara, Naruto, Sasuke)

Hyuga Neji, For starters he has by favorite dojutsu Byakugan. He is incredibly intelligent and analytical, never makes a move unless its calculated. He also came to his sense and realized he was a douche and came around.

PLus i think the gentle fist is incredible.
