Watching anime I've been noticing a lot of characters talking about wood style as something really powerful. But why do they consider this that strong? Ye, I know, Hashirama used it and else but i don't think Hashirama would have been less strong without his wooden techniques. With his chakra level, sage mod, healing abilities and other cool stuff he could easily use water style or earth style not combining them into wood st. Water golem? No?
If i'm not mistaken Yamato once said that wood style required a lot of chakra to use but he still kept using it. I've barely seen him using water/earth style.
Wood style sure looks cool but is it that effective?
