Tsunade has probably the best stamina and durability not counting jinchurikis in the entire naruverse. She is the most skilled medical shinobi and has immense battle experience. Tsunade also has insane amounts of physical strength with her chakra control. I think she does deserve the title of strongest kunoichi.

I think Tsunade was overhyped because of the fact that she is Senju. But as Madara correctly stated 'Her ability falls way below par to Senjus such as Hashirama.

Konan and Mei are more versatile Konoichi and in my opinion more deadly.

Hashirama was revived using edo tensei so it wasnt shown because hashirama doesnt need healing as edo tensei heals the body
