But then he said he turned out this way because Kakashi let Rin die, but that would be he would have to be Obito. Unless he is only saying that to get to Kakashi and act like Obito a bit more.

I still think that it is Obito's body with someone else using it, but he still has access to all of Obito's thoughts. Like how he liked Rin and how he asked Kakashi to look after Rin, but Kakashi failed at that.

i think so to that its just obitos body cause if you go back to when kabuto and tobi first met and kabuto summoned the madara coffin when they were walking inside the mountain hideout kabuto says to tobi "thats a nice vessel youve got there" i would post a link but idk how to
