but could it be that the reason why tobi doesnt need to activate mengekyo to do spacetime jutsu is because thats his sharingans basic technique? unlike kakashi, he still needs to upgrade it to MS to even perform kamui?

It is possible. But tobi has only been seen to use "kamui" to put things in his dimension and bring them back at a close range while kakashi uses Kamui from a very long range. I can be wrong tho.

I get the whole Tobi is Obito thing, but here is the one issue that is going to peeve me off to no end. "Madara" fought Yondaime during the Kyubi attack, yet Kakashi was not allow to participate in the village's defense as he is still not considered old enough. Assuming that Kakashi and Obito are at least close in age... That match up don't seem to cut it in my book. That "Madara" wasn't a kid.

And did you read my theory about madara creating zetsu and putting his and the 1st dna in and also gave him his newly awakened rinnegan. Waste of time to read something like this. Obito never had rinnegan, Obito never had 3 tome sharingan, and Obito would never be able to control the nine tailed fox.

Tobi controled the 4. Mizukage in years, Obito wasnt born in that time.
