Why is there no who is tobi threads?

I'm pretty new to the base been here since begining of june and I haven't seen any who is tobi threads. Were they abundant in the past and its like frowned upon if you post one? I'm curious about this because in a narutobase wouldnt that be the most commonly asked question. Just an easy question for vets of the base. :hypertobi:

I don't think they are allowed
I think there is a own section to post tobi threads.
