Why is there emphasis on the "I"?

I never thought Id say this....but that was the worst fukking chapter ever.......

"you let Rin die"?!!! Really now Kishi? after the million and one directions this chapter could have gone in....he chose, "you let Rin die", this makes all Tobi badassery extremely lame, I am...for the first time....dissapointed...very dissapointed...


But anyway, why do you guys think the "I" is emphasized here:

I agree this chapter is bullshit.

*I* is highlighted because it was HIM who survived and not Rin...
he is just giving emphasis on the fact that Rin died and he is alive imho..
