Why is the ninetails so powerful?

Naruto only has half its chakara, and he has all that power, and the nine tails itself fodderized all the other tailed beast. Imagine the nine tails with the other chakara half, he power has a huge gap between the other tailed beasts, even the 8 tails.

Afterall, there is a grading system that was made to define the strength of the beasts. 1 tail(s), 2 tails, 3 tails, 4 tails, 5 etc. and 9 being the last of them, (all but with the exception of the Juubi) which is why he is so cocky. 8 tails said number of tails dont determine strength level ! 9 tails said that 8tails should be the second strongest. If you look at the bijuu bomb thing 9 tails bijuu ball deflected the others bijuu ball . however it seems 9 tails feats is above other tailed beast . Probably because 9tails is inside the main character .

Kurama seemed to be closest to the Sage, my guess is he was instilled with the most chakra when the 9-tailed beasts were created. My guess would that Kurama is also instilled with some of the Sage's own life force, which might explain why Naruto's cloak is similar looking and has symbols the sage possessed.

It's possible as well that Naruto's cloak looks that way because he's an Uzumaki and it's possible the Sage was an Uzumaki, which might explain it. But, I do think Kurama is the strongest and most linked to the Sage himself.
