Why is the manga being delayed again

Seriously, it was delayed just two weeks ago, again, already, why?! What, does Kishimoto gotta get his weed together to light up or something, or is he just friggin high and can't...or lazy? Sorry if I'm annoyed, this was just two weeks ago, and the chapters haven't even been good enough for me to excuse it (and believe me, it takes a lot for me to criticize Naruto chapters, but it's just plain sucked since Kaguya was revived. So, does anyone know why it's being delayed yet again?

Also to the mods, if you think there's a better place for this thread, can you please move it for me, thanks.

If that's the reason, I swear I'll be pissed. Governments constantly try to police and control the web, and when people call bs they just throw up their arms and shout "pirates" and everyone looks away.
