i think it's clear by now that this series is about making the best out of what you got in your arsenal.

as long as the character works to master an ability/jutsu/power then it's rightfully his ability/jutsu/power (if you're not the writer/have a valid reason, then you don't get to say who should be stripped of his powers and who should keep them).

born with power, given power, doesn't matter.

I would like to point out that naruto I believe was born to be the host for kurmura if you remember naruto has been exposé to this power since conception it natural that his and kurmura chakra mix if you remember naruto was born with whisker marks on his face and it was there before kurmura was sealed in him, kurmura even stated that the reason for naruto's adaptation to his chakra and natural control over it is due to his exposer. Now just making a point not all Uchiha's are born with the sharingan if you remember sasuke stated that it only happen to a few members of the clan.

True but don't you consider a summoning a ninja power? It's considered a Ninjutsu to call a summoning to aid you. Naruto is Naruto's power because it's chakra with in Naruto's body and it wasn't just given to him. Naruto had to learn to use this power and was even pushed off a cliff just to learn to access the power. The power also had it's risks, Kurama could take over and hurt anyone friend or foe and it would be like poison to Naruto as well.

Pretty much all of Naruto's training has been about chakra control in preparations for the day when Naruto to gain control over Kurama's power. You can say Kurama wasn't Naruto's power before but Naruto made it his. Kurama's chakra was filled with Hatred while Naruto's KM/BM/BSM is filled with lifeforce. Naruto made that Chakra his.

Also all ninjas stole their power in a way since the God tree is where all chakra is from so no chakra=no ninjas
