Why is Temari so adamant on Shika becoming Hokage ?

Decided to check the manga chapter on where she said it to confirm the events of the anime preview, and it seems that she is the only person throughout the entire Shinobi Nations that wants someone other than Naruto to become Hokage(excluding Sasuke and Kiba), despite everyone else wanting him to throughout his efforts of bringing peace between the Nations.

What is it with her constant insistence on wanting Shikamaru becoming Hokage instead, is it that she believes he would be better suited for the task at hand, or is it her ignorance on Naruto in general ?

Because he has a great mind as a leader and was leading the whole alliance. Shikamaru was said to have the mind of a general back in part 1, so how is this shocking? Shikamaru might not be strong like Naruto and Sasuke but he can effectively use the power of others to accomplish his task and that's what a Hokage does by forming teams and sending them to do missions. Shikamaru doesn't have an interest in becoming Hokage and already said he'll be Naruto's advisor as Tobirama was to Hashirama who was also dumb; Tobirama makes a similar comparison of Hashirama and Naruto.

Shikamaru would be a terrible Hokage. He has smarts but no charisma or real power. You could go to him for advice, you could go to him for strategy, but he'd be the last person you'd go to when shit goes down. That's when you need someone who can fight and lead troops.

Wrong, he can lead troops as he was doing exactly that when Temari praised him. Shikamaru was praised to think like a general in part 1. A was the leader of the Alliance but when thinks got tough they didn't give the leader role to the strongest but to the smartest which was Shikaku. Naruto said himself the strongest jutsu was the alliance one when facing Madara, Obito, and Juubi. When things go down you go to the guy who can accurately lead you and keep you all alive not those who can maybe keep some of you alive but ultimately have to focus on fighting. Shikamaru keeping the alliance feel like they can still fight is some charisma.

Only think is Shikamaru doesn't want to be Hokage, he has no desire for that role. He said he would be Naruto's adviser to help him like how Tobirama helped Hashirama. Tobirama was a thinker, he created the Academy system, Chunin exam, and Anbu black opts as Hokage so Shikamaru would be somewhat like that except as Naruto's advisor. he would make a better Hokage than Kakashi who also doesn't want to be Hokage; he made a plan to beat Hidan and Kakuza after fighting them once, don't think he can do the same to other Kages levels? Not saying he should be Hokage but he would make a great Hokage if he wanted to be one.
