Why is susanoo so rare

Its only three people that can use it that we have seen Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha,Madara Uchiha. its no way the uchihas should be beat by anyone let alone a village of uchihas, tobi did say its rare but damn this is crazy its like wood users, i wish kish would tell us

Because it requires the activation of MS to use it and not many uchihas have awakened MS

Because you need MS, that also is a rare. Not every MS users gets susanoo either.

It's a rare trait (KKG). Within a rare trait (MS). Within 2 other rare traits (Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi).

Susano'o is meant to be like this. Very rare.

It is known how rare is for an Uchiha to awaken his Mangekyō Sharingan. The one that got his Mangekyō Sharingan has also not too much chances to awaken Susano'o.

Like we have seen, Susano'o is very strong but if the user does not have the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, his eyes' light will be gone from using Susano'o.

Mangekyō Sharingan is already rare so I do not see a point for Susano'o, which is also rare, to be obtained at the same time.
