Why is still itachi>Sasuke

itachi is the smartest in uchiha clan and has totsuka blade I know sasuke is strong but itachi is too smart for him

Cannot use izanagi, you need hashirama's DNA which he has not got and why would he use it anyway, I'm pretty sure his eye would close permanently even though he has EMS.

Well considering that without Itachi saving his ass sasuke would be dead in Kabuto's stomach right now. Well maybe not dead, since kabuto needs him, but the point is Kabuto would have beat him, if it wasn't for itachi's save.
