Why is Sasuke's will power so weak ?

Black Zetsu is known to stick on people and deplete their chakra. He can also overwhelm people with his will like he did to Obito. Here we have BZ being attached to both Naruto and Sasuke

Obito is also the only one besides Naruto to be able to withstand BZ for a long time from being controlled by him . He denied Zetsu's will and attacked Madara

What is it with Sasuke he seems to have inferior willpower compared to Naruto and Obito, he can't even escape him taking over. And Sasuke is infamous for being affected from other people easily.
Is it because people who have the Will of Fire try to achieve power through hard work rather than talent ?

Well, one of Naruto's three biggest traits is his will (and, by extension, his chakra)
His second is cleverness, craftiness and coming up with things that no one else would think of--all right on the spot in the heat of battle. Something he hasn't done sense freeing Son-Goku.
And his third, of coarse, is love. Extending from that, Talk-No-Jutsu.

Okay but does having the Will of fire have to do with having a strong will since both Obito and Naruto have it ? That's also inconsistent because Will of fire is just a philosophy of protecting your friends ; but randomly Obito and Naruto who both have the Will of fire could deny BZ overwhelming them

Sasuke's will is weak, he can be easily manipulated. As stated by itachi to naruto "Sasuke can easily be dyed any color" Suggesting he's easily manipulated/influenced.
