Madaras 25 Susanoo's were so weak because they were a 25th as strong as his regular standing Susanoo...

After all, Kakashi said that his jutsu was 3X as powerful just from the simple chakra transfer, then Naruto started to give actual cloaks. And then they grew tails, which means there's huge enhancement. However, this feat is still impressive since this looks like something PS would do, yet it's merely an enhanced complete susanoo.

The God tree has no decent durability feats, Hiruzen, tobirama and madara casually broke/cut the tree. So based of feats Gaara's sand durability > the God tree's durability.
