Why is Sasuke still Behind Naruto?

I dont get why Kishi made naruto so op while not giving sasuke as big as a powerup. I love both characters but Sasuke should be just as destructive as Naruto is. He got a cool tele power and a susanoo that flies but hes not exactly as destructive as Naruto....... what gives

Its their fighting style, Sasuke has a more precise style better suited for assassinations and small fights, Naruto is a power fighter, he is better suited for large scale fights in armies and is a teams guy.

Naruto's fighting style is more destructive so he can handle large groups of opponents better.

Naruto is supposed to represent friendship and team work, Sasuke represents a lone wolf and no friends kind of guy.
