Why is Sasuke stalling his powers?

Sasuke just got a power up from the sage of the sixth path but so far the only power he used was the space time ability, Sasuke is just using his normal powers like Chidori and Susano'o. He had those abilities way before the power up.

The question is why is he not using he's full power, what is he waiting for?

Sasuke has the rinnegan the legendary eye which was only truly awaken by Indra and Hagoramo himself.

And his right eye..... Why is it just a Sharingan and not a MS or even another Rinnegan, what's the purpose of being just a normal Sharingan. If he wanted to also use the ability of a Sharingan he can just switch back like Madara

Edit: please don't give me the BS and say that's he's full power U_U he's the reincarnation of Indra and has HALF the power of Hagoramo.
