Maybe cause he wasn't being powered up by TEN Bijuu who all give him there chakra thus allowing him to use their power hence Magnet Rasengan,Magma Rasengan,which are elements a Bijuu had that Naruto can now use. Sasuke unlocked a new set of powers and is still learning how to use the eye he got like 30 mins or an hour ago.He didn't get power from 10 Bijuu's who powers he was already aware of which allows him to utilize them.

He was enough for Kaguya to try and split him up for Naruto.Didn't Sasuke cause Kaguya to change dimensions multiple times thus losing chakra.Didn't Sasuke attacking Kaguya lead to Naruto having a change to hit her? Teamwork beat Kaguya.

Your attempts at trolling/downplaying Sasuke are falling staler and staler,9 Bijuu giving Naruto their chakra/powers allows for much more uses then Sasuke using his power + the power he got from the Sage.Naruto not only got half the Sage's power but power 9 Bijuu.Yet you try to downplay Sasuke cause he can't keep up with that?and fight against another person who is also being powered up by 9 Bijuu + has all 3 Dojutsu?

I'm pretty sure anybody couldn't completely fathom how much power someone would get from receiving that much power - 9 Gigantic entities passing their power to someone yet make a joke implying it seemed like alot to Sasuke as in attempt to insult him.
