Why is Sasuke not...?

Why is Sasuke not more likely to get the rinnegan? In my opinion, Sasuke should get the rinnegan, while Naruto gets the body of the sage. Apparently, however, that way of thinking is wrong and it should be the other way around? How does that make sense though...? Can someone clear this up for me?

i don't think he should get the rinnegan. we've seen it enough this war, and he'd have not much time to learn to use it to its potential, especially against another rinnegan user. i think him and naruto should get the eyes of the elder son, and the body of the younger, respectively of course.
