Well, there is no need to insult me even if you don't agree. Sasuke's reaction speed is probably fast enough to kill Juubito. Kaguya was simply an anomaly as she is the goddess of narutoverse. Minato couldn't beat Juubito as his reaction speed is not fast enough. Against Juubidara, Minato already showed it. But Sasuke could actually bisect Madara. Sasuke's reflexes and striking speed is faster than Minato definitely.

Sasuke managed to bisect Juubidara after all. SM Hashirama only managed to stomp EMS Madara because his PS couldn't fly. Sasuke flying PS will just avoid Hashirama buddha arms. Juubito can be defeated with Sasuke Rinne teleport. He can just swap with the gudodama and kill Juubito before juubito even sees him.

Sasuke fans are the only ones who see that moment as some sort of accomplishment. The truth is that regardless of what happened, it didn't matter one bit when it was all said and done because Madara was in no danger of getting killed, and had a whole new lower body by the time T7 saw him again. It was like it might as well have never happened at all. Gai and Naruto were the only human characters who did any significant dmg to him at all the whole time he had a flesh and blood body in the present course of events.

To go even further, Hashirama is still > any PS user, and the thing that tops off how overrated Sasuke is on any forum is accurately symbolized by the part where you claim that Rinnegan jutsu allows him to switch atks even though there wasn't anything that even says it could, whether by feat or dialogue. His Rinnegan is an tangible representation of the lvl to which Sasuke is overrated, because with all of the wank it's been getting since its debut, he has accomplished literally nothing with it other than protect a bunch of ppl from MT.

sasuke is extremely overrated here.

Sasuke wasn't acting like a decoy.He tried too many attempts to land an attack on Kaguya but he failed.His PS was obliterated too many times that i have even forget the number.

his S/T jutsu along with striking rate was quite slow against Kage tier or god tier ninjas U_U

Well, I actually already replied what he said. Didn't you read it? Also I actually agree with the guy who said that Naruto and Sasuke have saved each other many times and are equal. It's just that people are underrating Sasuke, not Naruto. Don't be mistaken. I am definitely not underrating Naruto.
