Sasuke's PS has no chance against BDFRS,Lava FRS and Chakra arms.

Sasuke's Amaterasu can be dodged easily because naruto's Speed is too OP.

Sasuke has nothing to withstand against neither kakashi nor naruto U_U

Simple answer: it's a side effect of a mixture of events, including Kakashi being too overrated.

Underrated or not though, you can't deny Sasuke is severely underperforming as of late. Combine that with Naruto's better performance, Kakashi's instant success against Kaguya plus Sakura landing a hit before him, and you've got yourself an underrated character.

For one, they're equals, Sasuke's been given less opportunity to show more feats.. Do you honestly think THE MOST anticipated battle of the ENTIRE manga would end in a Neg Dif victory, then you really need to learn more on your Literature.

Two, Sasuke's Striking Speed was reduced due to the Dimension's extreme gravity field.

Three, Sasuke's has better perception than Naruto. Which makes his Taijutsu & Kenjutsu extremely effective with the help of Susano'o
