Why is Sasori called fodder

On one of my other posts some people were calling sasori fodder.How could he be fodder if he had a main fight which contributed to the storyline by showing how Sakura has grown from training under tsunade he is still part of the story as Kankuro's puppet.How can he be fodder if he is still around.

Most members here say he is fodder just because he lost to Sakura and Chiyo. Ignore them, most of them are very ignorant. Sasori let Chiyo's final attack hit him.

Because they forget Sasori let Chiyo's attack hit him, and just think Chiyo + Sakura > Sasori. Which isn't true.

not fodder at all. people must forget who kidnapped, killed and made his own weapon the so called strongest kazekage. his death was all plot.

People don't know what fodder is and spray it around because they think it is cool. Sasori is very underrated, because of that fight, people seem to forget Chiyo is one of the greatest puppet masters in history (a skill that wouldn't decrease with age) who had a puppet that had super strength and had a antidote to his most potent poison, and after all of that, Sasori still had to let them win.

He isn't fodder! And he lost to Sakura and Chiyo, that doesn't mean he let them win. It was a fair fight, in my opinion. On both sides.
While Chiyo had Sakura, the Parents and the 10 Legendary Puppets, Sasori had his puppet, the 3rd Kazekage and the other 100 puppets, not to mention himself.

So stop underrating BOTH of the teams. Sasori died with great honour!

Honestly I have never heard anyone call Sasori fodder. In fact, it's quite the other way around. He's mostly praised on this forum because of the hype of how he killed a kage and defeated a nation. He has a strong fanbase with actually very few haters so I really don't understand why his avid fans feel the need to complain...

I totally accidentally clicked the wrong button. I think Sasori is a total badass and if he wanted to he could have at least beat Sakura. Who know's about Chiyo. Chiyo knew him well considering she was his grandmother, but he did let her get the final hit on him too. Also, Sasori is my all time favorite Akatsuki.
