Why is SAKURAS forehead so much smaller in gaiden??

Her forehead is way smaller in a lot of panels........and she's looks pretty



So why does she looks bad in shippuden and Boruto the movie?

Probably she "grew into it"/hair style change, maybe? Hell if I know, I haven't really read Gaiden... and have only seen a few scans here and there of her during Gaiden.

She looks fine during later parts of part two, imo.
