Why is Sai so accurate when he talks?

I've noticed that throughout the entire series, every time Sai chimes in on a situation or talks about another person, it's almost always accurate. It is truly uncanny how he is capable of doing such things. I believe that it's the direct result of:

1.Having absolutely no emotions for a long period of time.
2.Not knowing how to hold back.
3.Telling people what they need to hear.
4.Being in Root.

(Before Fanboys start crying; Yes, that Naruto at the time was weak compared to the 1st time he met Sasuke. At the Kakazu/Hidan Arc is when he became on par with that version of Sasuke. Everything after that has been either equal or Naruto having the edge over Sasuke.)

(Before Fanboys start crying, I'm referring to the part about him betraying Konoha because of his lack of power, not for being a "weak shit for brains" or "Orochimaru clone". Sasuke did get jealous of Naruto's gain in power and became consumed by it. We all know how VOTE would have ended if Naruto used Gamabunta.)

Not to bash, but more than a few people have commented on Sakura's body. In the NV.
