Why is + rep a edited out?

I know you don't need to tell a fellow user that you're repping him or her (you just do it), but I like telling people when I want to rep them and it's edited out as if I said a swear word and I NEVER swear. U_U

Anyone know why it's doing this?

Possibly a good suggestion I'll add it right away. And we'll see how it works out.

Edit: for the people that don't know what the thread is about. It is about writing "plus rep" should be censored.

Word combinations cannot be censored: like + Rep or plus rep and so on. But it's still not allowed and is against the rules now.

Added to the rules that to attempt writing anything like it can be considered rep abuse. Which can result in: Infractions, Reset of reputation points or simply ban from the reputation system. Hopefully people will learn not to do it.
